Welcome to the Youth Pastor Summit 2012! As this phenomenal event nears, the excitement ofour team continues to rise. We trust that you are as excited as we are about partnering toinfluence ~1,500 leaders of the next generation gathering on March 5-6, 2012 in Orlando, Florida. Day 1 will be held at Hard Rock Live and Day 2 will be held at First Baptist Church of Orlando.

Available Exhibitor Date: Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 ONLY. Vendor tables on March 5th are only available for Day 1 speakers and YPS Event Sponsors due to limited space at Hard Rock. Location of March 6th event: FBC Orlando Faith Hall
New This Year: In order to better provide opportunities for potential exhibitors to connect with YPS attendees, we have created different levels of exhibitor opportunities for this event as outlined on the next page. Each level is limited to a certain number in order to maximize each exhibitor's opportunity. Click here to learn about the different opportunities.
Please note: Registration for the YPS Day 1 on March 5th at Hard Rock Live is not included in your Exhibitor Registration. Registration for YPS Attendees is free, but if you would like to go to this, you must register separately for this once registration opens in January.
Exhibitor Selection: All exhibitor registration forms must be received by December 9th, 2011. Because of the extremely limited exhibitor space for YPS, sending in a form does not guarantee you a space at the Summit. We will review all registrations received and make notifications of selections via email by December 16, 2011. If selected to be an exhibitor, we look forward to meeting you on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Exhibitor Check-in. If we are not able to accommodate your exhibitor request, we hope you will still consider attending this event and take advantage of the opportunity to hear from some amazing speakers.
